Position: Operations Executive

Location: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane. Kalyan,

Working model : Work from Home largely but sometimes required to travel (Hybrid)

So, what do we expect from you?

  • Handle activities relating to company’s day to day Business Operations
  • Planning & Coordination of activities pre and post-delivery of virtual and In person programs, maintaining a checklist.
  • Liaison with Corporates for vendor registration and payments process
  • Creating and sending related reports/material post program delivery
  • Arranging & coordinating with Facilitators for conducting programs
  • Creating Invoices, maintaining accounting records and follow up for collections
  • Creating MIS Reports
  • Coordination with clients for travel/logistics arrangements wherever required
  • Assist in recruiting when necessary.
  • Be a custodian of the entire backend processes
  • Support Delivery Team
  • Support internal & external Facilitators
  • Coordinate with Clients/Hotels for program preparation
  • Coordinate with Vendors/partners etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Experience of up to 1-4 months working in back office operations.
  • Excellent English - Verbal & Written with good Communication/Presentation skills.
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Work from home setup

Location: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane/Kalyan. Though the profile is work from home, there will be situations when the Executive will have to attend meetings/training programs/visit hotels/vendors etc in person and for that, they may have to travel in

Mumbai or across India, as and when required.

Salary: ~15 – 30K
