succeed. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to an upscale international clientele via telephone, email,
and chat.

Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased customer satisfaction
Understand the customers situation and provide the best possible resolution
Perform ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements.

Prior experience in the fashion retail industry/knowledge or interest in fashion
Academia (Graduates / Undergraduates): Graduation in Fashion Design / Business
Operations / Business Administration /Business Communication / Computer Science
Prior experience working in a CSR role
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a call center environment
Overall Experience: 6 months -6 yrs. in a customer-facing role.

Experienced :-
o Overall Experience: 6Months -6 yrs.
o CSR Experience: 6 months -2.5 yrs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages an asset
Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs,
and Slides)
Candidates should be flexible with rostered day-offs and working in rotational shifts
Available to work 40 hours per week.
